    First . Appologize for my broken english.
    I have been selling this KX-FAT461 Toner Since 2009 or 2010.....(Always first seller on the market)
    The toner cartridge is just holding toner (Nothing else). Toner drops in to the drum when drum is empty or needs toner.
    Toner cartridge should be empty (Stop adding !!!).    Drum should be full of toner.
    Usually streaks comes from Drum (roller, blade....)  and glass or no more toner inside......there are lots of possibilities.
    Grey back ground : I experienced too with my new printer long time  ~  a go. and I fixed and But, forgot how to do.....
    If anybody near me,  You can bring me your printer, I can check for you.
