1. Contact us for an RMA #. All products should be enclosed in their original packaging, include the original invoice or Paypal invoice and all accessories. Incomplete packages will not be accepted for a refund, return or exchange.
2. All packages returned by the carrier because of insufficient address, wrong address or refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
3. All items "No Longer Needed / Wanted or Exchanged" will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
