Most of the printer manufactory set the page count fuse inside the Belt unit, when the counter reaches xxxxx pages that the manufacture set, the printer will shut off the Belt unit. If at that time your printer still printing good copies, just replace the fuse inside the Belt unit and can use it for another Cycle or 2 . Save $$$$$
